* Set five years later from the original series
*Because there was no money in being the 'heros' they decide to turn to a life of crime e.g theif
*Fed and Daphane are in a unhappy marriage e.g bitter and unhappy
*Daphane has not lost the baby weight and Fred is seeing another woman
*Shaggy and Scooby are still friends but Shaggy is an alcoholic
I will using the idea of mockery, making fun of the 'happy ending' idea and using the stereotypical characters with a twist e.g Daphane and her dumb and innocent characteristics and Fred's jock like persona.
I think this is a cool concept. :) I really like the idea of the 'dark side' to scooby doo, because of all the conspiracies that shaggy and scooby are stoners haha. :)

ReplyDeleteWell this sounds interesting. Although I do feel sorry for the gang reading all these ideas, I'm also glad someone chose to go beyond their time in the spotlight. "Happily Ever After" is just another way of saying "Alright, I don't want to go on anymore. NOW LEAVE ME IN PEACE!" You never know what happens to the characters beyond the last page/end credits, unless there is a sequel or the writer chooses to explain. Thanks for this!
